After all the heat in Costa Rica it is nice to see the sun here in Buffalo without the humidity of the jungle. I had a wonderful time, don’t get me wrong, but doing 3 hours of yoga a day in the great outdoors amidst the bugs, lizards, sweating in areas I don’t want to talk about makes me appreciate a non humid evening in Western NY.
