If you Google the benefits of hugs you will be amazed at what comes up.  Activating the solar plexus chakra, stimulating the thymus, creating feelings of well-being and stress release are just a few examples.  Something so simple and yet so effective.  A profound expression of love that helps the hugger as well as the huggee.  A perfect example of a balance in energy of giving and receiving.  Today let’s start a Hugging Revolution.  Hug as many people as you can.  It may catch some people off guard and it may be good to ask permission but I bet you will find more people open to it than you can imagine.  Hail to the Hug!!
