Sometimes we really can feel like we have lost our way. Pressure from family, friends, and colleagues may make it seem as if we are living our lives for everyone but ourselves.  When we get a bit too much of this feeling it contributes to feeling depleted, burned out and just plain exhausted.  Makes it a good time to take a step back and ask yourself What is it that I want?  Today look at that question and answer it honestly then take steps to correct the situation and remember that this life you have been given is meant to be lived in a way that is true to yourself.
